Incredibly welcoming and incredible staff entire time.
Honestly no complains at all. Very pleasant stay, beautifully decorated and perfect place. New-fashioned double room with the 2 kids beds. A huge variety of perfect options for meal. Overall marvellous and stunning location just next door to the fun attractions, Venice with the shuttle, and shuttle to Venice / Airport was great.

Got spacious and bright double room with the 2 kids beds when arrived, truly enjoyed that. There were air conditioning, an individual safe, and an electronic key card in our room.

Nicely decorated and comfortable hotel, had a really helpful service. There was a new-fashioned and perfect room with the 2 kids beds. All the staff were very, very nice giving some tips about the city. We had JUST PERFECT 2 days here, recommend.

Place was perfect for what we needed.
The room we had included satellite television, climate control, and a personal safe. A bidet in the private bathroom was a plus. The location was peaceful and lovely, near to shuttle to Venice / Airport was great and the bus stop for Venice and the restaurant. Also, it was 2 miles from San Lazzaro degli Armeni.
